Food In the refrigerator

- Keep the referegerator's door close as possible, to maintain it's coldness.
- keep some empty space at the referegerator for the cold air movement
- Place raw food in tightly wrapped plastic bags .
- At the referegerator : Place dry food above wet food
- Keep food at a safe temperatures.
- Keep hot food hot and cold food cold.
- Do not leave cooked food standing at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
- Reheat stored cooked food by bringing them to a boil
- Portion out excess cooked food after cooking and refrigerate quickly.
- Keep cold food in the refrigerator or on a bed of ice until it is time to serve.
- Thaw food safely in the refrigerator overnight.
- Marinate food safely in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.
