Complaint & Report Follow-up  
Overview
ADFCA has a Complaint Help Desk, which receives all kind of complaints from any individual against Food or Meat establishments across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Area (Al Gharbya). To serve our customers in a better & hassle free way, we have launched an E-Service (Complaint & Report Follow-up), where an individual can register his complaint and also do a status follow-up at each step. After receiving the complaint, ADFCA investigates the case and updates the customer at various stages till the case is resolved/action taken.
Steps Needed
  1. Customer Registration - Go to www.adfca.ae and fill the Customer Registration Form. ADFCA, through SMS & Email, will acknowledge your registration (by sending your username & password).
  2. Registering a Complaint - Select the Complaint & Report Follow-up E-Service (available in www.adfca.ae). In this form, apart from other relevant information, you must provide either your Phone or Mobile Number. After submission of the Complaint form, you will be acknowledged with your E-Service ID through notification via SMS & Email.
  3. ADFCA Action - ADFCA contacts the customer to find out further information needed to proceed with the investigation.
  4. Follow-up - By giving reference of your E-Service ID, you may follow-up the complain either through www.adfca.ae  or calling ADFCA directly. ADFCA, on its part, also keeps the customer updated (by SMS & Email) at various stages of the investigation till the case is resolved or an action taken against the food establishment.
