ADFCA has a Complaint Help Desk, which receives all kind of complaints from any individual against Food or Meat establishments across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Western Area (Al Gharbya). To serve our customers in a better & hassle free way, we have launched an E-Service (Complaint & Report Follow-up), where an individual can register his complaint and also do a status follow-up at each step. After receiving the complaint, ADFCA investigates the case and updates the customer at various stages till the case is resolved/action taken.
