 ADFCA issues permission for food establishments to transport or distribute food products in the Abu Dhabi markets. Food establishment can apply for this permission, if he holds a valid trade license (issued by any of the Emirates). Upon successful processing of the application & vehicle inspection, ADFCA issues Vehicle Permits   (Foodstuff Transportation & Distribution).

 

                     i.            Customer Registration - Go to www.adfca.ae site and fill the Customer Registration Form. ADFCA, through SMS & Email, will acknowledge your registration (by sending your username & password).

                   ii.            Applying for Permits - Select the Vehicle Permits (Foodstuff Transportation & Distribution) E-Service (available in www.adfca.ae). In this form, you must provide all the relevant information along with the vehicle details. You must also upload the copy of your Trade License. After submission of the Vehicle form, you will be acknowledged of your E-Service ID through notification (via SMS & Email).

                  iii.            ADFCA Action - ADFCA processes the application and send you an Inspection Date for your vehicle. Also, ADFCA keep you updated during the various stages of the application processing (by SMS & Email), e.g.  Certificate fees payment, application rejection, etc.

                 iv.            Follow-up - By giving reference of your E-Service ID, you may follow-up the status of your application either through www.adfca.ae site or calling ADFCA directly.

                     i.            Copy of Food Control Certificate ( Abu Dhabi Only )

                    ii.            Copy of Trade License

                  iii.            Copy of  Vehicle Registration Card

                  iv.            Copy of Health Certificates for the Worker

                    v.            Copy of   the vehicle technical report from Traffic Department ( New or renewal of the Vehicle Registration Card )

                  vi.            Bring the vehicle for inspection

                 vii.            Bring original permits in case of cancelation
