The decree includes grace period for the application of some articles of Regulation No (6) of 2010 Food hygiene throughout the Food Chain from the date of issuance of the decree, which will facilitate the application of the provisions of Regulation No. (6) of 2010, by food business operators through the sufficient time given to modify their conditions according to the new requirements.
