ADAFSA has a strong training program to nurture future talent and keep its food safety staff current with global trends. The transfer of Agriculture will create a new organization which will need additional recruiting and training to ensure they meet the high standards already set. ADAFSA will increase efforts in attracting talent for critical jobs through collaboration & coordination with universities etc,,,, and its investment in Human Resource development to enhance current competency levels, whilst maintaining & enhancing its university training programs to build a talent pipeline for skilled staff. We will continue the education of staff to keep them abreast of best practices and latest research.
