• This priority related to internal processes and help all related parties to have better understanding when it comes to government matters .
• Changing the role of ADAFSA to one of a regulatory and enforcement role for food & agriculture requires the establishment and active management of a clear stakeholder portfolio and the development of an effective communication mechanism with each one. ADAFSA must continually identify its contributing parties and understand their role in the delivery of our services. Furthermore we need to coordinate information amongst these parties to develop and maintain a consolidated database (data warehouse) to produce business intelligence for decision making.
This priority will contribute to government outcome of “Coordinated and efficient working relationships across areas of government”
